The location is great and close to many attractions.
Had to deal with multiple room changes due to broken air conditioning and no WiFi. Staff were unhelpful and dismissive when I raised issues.

Convenient location near subway and Macy's, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good breakfast, easy access to tourist sites.
Felt privileged, no complaints.

The hotel's central location made sightseeing easy. The spacious and clean room, along with the buffet breakfast, kept me satisfied. The staff quickly resolved any issues, ensuring a pleasant stay. I'll recommend this hotel.

we had a wonderful stay at hotel at fifth avenue. our requests, including for a quiet non-smoking, were fulfilled. all the staff members were pleasant and helpful. the location was very central for all the sights. the beds were comfy and the rooms clean. the breakfast was amazing! staff very friendly and helpful.

My stay at this hotel was enjoyable and convenient. The location is fantastic, situated in bustling Korea town with plenty of restaurants and shops. The hotel offers free wifi, although you need to manually reconnect each time you lose the connection. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast tickets to a delicious bakery across the street, where I had a wide variety of croissants to choose from. It was a refreshing change from the typical hotel breakfast. The staff, including the friendly receptionist and Daniel, who helped with luggage storage and airport advice, were very helpful and accommodating.
The initial lack of heating in the room on the first night. Although maintenance fixed it quickly the next day, the noise from the heater was unusually loud.
